I am back to Bogota from Cartagena my holidays and I want to bring a present to a special friend but you can not take. I am in a shop and there's so much for choosing me that have not decided.

 

I've seen some really nice hats but the problem is they are very expensive, but there are some very inexpensive craft handles but I do not like much.

There are also some amazing shoes but not what the right size as I travel and then you can not make changes, as there is a shirt that is nice and with help I can decide the size.

 

 

 

Entering another store I found some crafts typical of Cartagena and I think a good present because it shows the culture of Cartagena. Although I can think of for something useful it can be a handmade bag that can be very beneficial for him.

Dear Carlos

I write to tell you that I am enjoying the best vacations of my life in the company of my family in Cartagena, and my brother is getting married here. I am staying in an apartment called sea breezes remaining in Bocagrande a few meters of the beach.

 

The first day that we arrived we leave things in the apartment and we went to the walled city where we got a tour of the Castle of San Felipe, walls and old shoes that are located under the castle. They took us to “El Cerro de la Popa” and then to local to crafts to make purchases.

In the evening of this day we went for a carriage ride around the walled city.

  

And there same we took a bus in which we enjoy music and fun, and dancing, with all my family including even the youngest.

The next day we were on the beach all day, where we could enjoy the sun, the sea breeze and of Cartagena, we also had the opportunity to practice some water sports including jetski  in which I was given many nerves but the instructor I helped until I could manage it and it was fun , I fell many times into the water.  Also got in a game they call the "banano” that gives the final round and we all fall into water, this I like too. In the afternoon we went on a private boat to visit the Islas del Rosario and what I liked was crystal clear waters where we could see the aquarium, Watch a dolphin show and more. I also take a short diving course at the bottom of the sea and then back to Cartagena.

The next day was the marriage of my brother and was on a private beach, was The busiest delivery day of all because we have been busy with all the final preparations of it, went to the beauty salon and later we changed to be ready at the 5:00 pm, at that time began the ceremony. Then we went to the meeting and We thoroughly enjoyed the food, they had surprises and trust me it was a beautiful marriage accompanied by the light of the moon, the sea breeze and flaming torches.

The fourth day was complete relaxation, we had a day a spa where we were consented to made us massage and additionally we enjoyed the pool that's available in the spa. Today I returned to Bogota with more quiet and rested by the trip.

 To say goodbye I hope you and your family are well and hopefully we can meet in Bogota to tell you with details about my trip to Cartagena that these have been the best holiday of my life.

1 large Condense Milk

• INGREDIENTS :

1. 3 eggs
2. 1/2 cup lemon juice
3. 2 packets of unflavored gelatin
4. 1/4 cup sugar
5. 3 lemon

 

• PREPARATION :

1. In bowl beat the egg yolks for 5 minutes. Gradually add sugar and mix.

2. Add condensed milk and Lemon juice.

3. Stir until ingredients are incorporated.

4. In another bolw dissolve the gelatin in one quater of warm water.

5. Add to the above mixture.

6. Beat the egg whites until stiff and incorporate them into the mixture.

7. Pour the mixture into a wet mold and bring the refrigerator for 3 hours minimum.8. unmold and decorate with lemon zest
