Lemon sponge dessert recipe

1 large Condense Milk
  • INGREDIENTS :

  1. 3 eggs
  2. 1/2 cup lemon juice
  3. 2 packets of unflavored gelatin
  4. 1/4 cup sugar
  5. 3 lemon

 

  • PREPARATION :

1. In bowl beat the egg yolks for 5 minutes. Gradually add sugar and mix.

2. Add condensed milk and Lemon juice.

3. Stir until ingredients are incorporated.

4. In another bolw dissolve the gelatin in one quater of warm water.
5. Add to the above mixture.
6. Beat the egg whites until stiff and incorporate them into the mixture.

7. Pour the mixture into a wet mold and bring the refrigerator for 3 hours minimum.8. unmold and decorate with lemon zest
